Recall Everything was handeled professionally; however the loaner car has only a quarter of gas in the tank and the washer fluid was completely out. I had to pump gas in the loaner to be able to take it back. At least this loaner did not stop on the freeway like the list time I got a loaner from them. More

The dealership is beautiful, parking was easy, and the staff was great as well. Jeff Friedberg the General Manager was helpful and friendly, as was Victor Cosme the salesman who helped us out. Not only was he helpful, and spent a lot of time with us looking at vehicles and test driving them as well, but he was very sweet to our son, who had a blast with him. The pricing was better than any dealer we had visited and the vehicle was delivered on time, as promised. We even traded in a vehicle, and that process was a snap. Overall, when you are buying a luxury vehicle, you have a certain expectation of the experience you would like to have, and Rallye lived up to that expectation tenfold. We were treated with respect, we were not rushed, and we were treated fairly in every aspect of the process. I would highly recommend Rallye to my friends and family, and after this experience, they have a customer for life! More

Not quite exciting you dont feel welcomed there, experience was like they are giving us a favor, instead of we are giving this dealer a favor to buy car from them. Lack of information, you have to ask questions, look like if we ask too many question they get annoyed. Esp the fianance person has an attitude. I will go to other dealer for next one. Sales people are so rude almost all of them. First when we start looking, like GLE model ask sales person to give us little break on price he said he will call back, never got a call back then lady called and ask us when are u coming back to shop, i said your sales dept did not call back she said she will make sure Walter will call you back and walter never called. Anyway we needed the car so we bought it but now in forward i will think about it. I dont feel welcomed in that dealership. my car have some issues now so i am taking it to them this Friday 5/11/18. I am honest dont want to just say excellent for everything, it is what it is. More
