My only negative comment, was that in the past they always delivered the vehicle washed, but I guess they thought that I might have brought it in to clean for the final touch. More

Experts can not find the issue with my stereo I have an issue with my stereo from factory and though I have taken it in five times, . One tech even found an issue and went ahead and supposedly cha I have an issue with my stereo from factory and though I have taken it in five times, . One tech even found an issue and went ahead and supposedly changed the speaker on the dashboard. However it continues to be crackly, muffled and frankly a crappy sound. This last time I took it in with the same issue, but alas he is no longer there, so I can not follow up. But they keep my car for days and can not find anything and when I pick it up the speaker system or stereo continue to sound like cheap Pinto speakers. Service techs are very nice but... nice does not fix the issue from factory. I finally lost my patience and you know I have to say I feel that because I am a woman it is of no consequence. Sorry but this happens all too often and I frankly did not expect it from such a company. So for that reason my next car may not even be a Mercedes at all, since also their GPS is one of the worst I have ever seen. More
service excellence I usually have my sprinter service done in Long island city because it is close to work, but this time I was not able to find anyone in the shop who i I usually have my sprinter service done in Long island city because it is close to work, but this time I was not able to find anyone in the shop who is familiar with the PSM unit that I try to order and installed. And what's worse is after I left several message for the service department, no one bother to call me back. I called Rallye motor and I was immediately greeted by John Ciccotelli. He is familiar with the item I need and he also connected me with service department, so I was able to get the unit and have it installed at the dealership. What's more amazing, is I had received a recall from Mercedes Benz, but when I called long island city, no one bother to help me, or they said the parts is not available. but Rallye Motor is able to secure the parts and have it installed at the same time. I was never offered a loaner car when I go to long island city, but Ralley motor offered me a loaner car, so I don't have to take the bus back to my office. I am really satisfied with their overall service. More
