Amazing Experience! I recently leased a new C300 convertible Night Edition from your dealership. I have to tell you, both Tony and Steve were absolutely wonderful! I I recently leased a new C300 convertible Night Edition from your dealership. I have to tell you, both Tony and Steve were absolutely wonderful! I had originally gone to the Rockville Centre Mercedes-Benz dealership, where I actually had to set up an appointment with a sales adviser. When my partner and I went at the scheduled time, we were ignored for almost two hours. Both he and his family have leased over 7 cars from them in the last 5 years and they also won't be going back there. I left and told off the front desk receptionist I told the sales adviser to never contact me again (after he repeatedly called to try and gain my business back). I called Rallye last Saturday and spoke with Steve I mentioned my horrible experience in Rockville Centre. He told me to come in whenever was convenient for me, so my partner and I came in the late afternoon that same day. I sat with Tony and didn't have to wait a single minute. Steve then joined and both of them were very thorough they went through all my options and answered every single one of my questions. They also assisted with trading in my Dodge Ram. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the process was simple. The whole experience was probably the best one by far I have ever had getting into a new vehicle. My partner, his family, and I will only do business with Rallye going forward and plan on working with Tony and Steve for all future leases/purchases. I give them "10 stars" best customer experience I've ever had!!! More
