As to the service area, they should be careful to insure the car is returned better not worse.. I have had many services due to recalls ( this in itself is disappointing as I purchased a Mercedes with the expectation of quality build) ) and upon pick up, I had pen ink on the beige interior on my doors. this took a while to remove with out damaging the leather. Finger print smudges on the beige interior ( cant seem to get these off) after the repairs. I get they are mechanic, and they work with oily & dirty parts, but more of the reason they should pay attention to the detail such as the color of interior and perhaps wear clean gloves (plastic) where applicable.. although the passengers may not notice these prints its quite bothersome to me! More

They actually turned me away because I did not leased the car from Rallye. However, they did do me a huge favor by looking down on me and talking to me! Soooooo arrogant. This was not the first time I have had issues with Rallye. I changed a battery, defective battery was installed. I took the car back after the car had issues starting. Rallye blamed my car as draining the battery and they wanted $4000 to diagnose where the car is draining the battery. The manager at the time did not honor the warrantee that comes with the batteries, despite the fact the battery was installed less than a year earlier. I took the car to Helm Bro. In Queens and they honored and replaced the battery at no charge even though Rallye was paid for the original battery. More

A joke in the simplest terms. Visited this dealership inquiring about a c63 amg. Rodni Teimourian was the sales person i was given to talk to. He showed me the car but I could sense from the beginning that I wasn't being taken seriously by this individual. Maybe he thought I was too young or was window shopping despite pulling up in a equal value car. Regardless whatever it was, it was uncalled for and unprofessional. I proceeded to ask questions about pricing and received complete bogus. I was told that a 66k car would cost $2200-2400 a month to lease plus a down payment. Now, I've had numerous cars and have leased many of them to know the auto market quiet well. And I know $2200-2400 is a ridiculous price. When you do the math, 36 months at $2200 a month would equal $79,200 in total payments. Mind you, this doesn't include the down payment! Thats even more than the car is worth, why not finance it or just buy it outright at that point! When I told him it was a $66k car how could the payments be that high he goes "it doesn't matter how much it costs its an AMG." I paused for a second at how ridiculous of an answer that was. To put into perspective of what a $2200 monthly payment could get you in, Manhattan Motor Cars has a brand new Lamborghini Huracan for $2300 a month with an msrp of $225k. Folks were talking about super car pricing here for a c63 amg, a 66k car! I've heard bogus things come out of dealers mouths but this was just insane. I don't think I'll come back to Mercedes as a company again to be honest. He treated me like I was a little kid and it was just disgusting. Making it seem like I couldn't afford it to buy such a car and that I was wasting his time. I've been in the market or this car for a while now going back and forth of whether or not i should get an M3. I guess this was the push I needed to steer towards an M3 that i was quoted at $785 with $0 down. I understand AMG's are the brands specialized cars and that they are premium, but at the end of the day a $66k should not cost $2200-2400. Just a complete and utter rip off. I will never go to this dealer again. If i could give Rodni zero stars I most certainly would. More
