Someone hit my E Mercedes in the lot. My blind spot sensor did not work. The car's bumper showed no external damage but the whole bumper had to be replaced because the bumper and control panel. where one unit. The service department should have told me right away this was the case. $3,000 dollars later the problem was fixed. Their service is cursory at best.
