service and clarity Tire insurance was not clearly explained at time of purchase that it covers only accidental damage, tire insurance was kind of pushed on me. Front desk clerk did not explain or infomed me of delays I had to enquire multiple times to check the status of work completion. I am extremely disapointed in lack of clarity in sales and serivce.
