Yes they were awesome. I feel that the service was excellent. I arrived on time and they took me right away and the loaner was waiting. I specifically informed Maria Giovanniello, who checked me in on January 6, 2020 at 7:20 AM, that I wanted the fall leaves that had apparently blown inside the front grille to be removed. This was not done. Either she or the service technician did not take my request seriously. My home in Hewlett is a long drive from Glen Cove, and it is not an easy drive to Rallye Lexus. Because of the way I was treated, I will now think twice about conducting business at Rallye Lexus.. More
