Meanwhile, instead of being w/o a car, I was provided a free loaner which I held for 10 days awaiting arrival of replacement parts. I have dealt with Service Advisors Maria G & Michael M. w whom I found very professional, courteous, & patient. Every service required trip to Rallye Lexus & dealing w aforementioned Service Advisors/reps has been a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend this establishment & mentioned personnel. More
