As always, I had a lovely visit during my recent service call at Rallye Lexus. I was helped immediately. Offered coffee or water. I chose to sit outside in a nice shady area and had a conversation with anot call at Rallye Lexus. I was helped immediately. Offered coffee or water. I chose to sit outside in a nice shady area and had a conversation with another customer who told me she just brought in her car for a free wash! Who knew??!! Anyway, before I knew it, my car was ready. It was a complimentary 10,000 mile tune-up. My car was shiny clean and my new friend and I drove away, happy customers. It could not have been better. As usual, First Rate!! More

Washing could be a little more detailed and inside cleaning and drying could have been a little better. Also upon purchase of vehicle was told free inspections for life and then I was told this was re cleaning and drying could have been a little better. Also upon purchase of vehicle was told free inspections for life and then I was told this was rescinded. Did not appreciate that retraction at all. Overall service and friendliness And staff were very good. More
