My Lexis RX350 was recently serviced at Rallye Lexus. I was greeted quickly and given a service loaner of a similar RX to the one I own, only a newer model year. The service on my car, where I required I was greeted quickly and given a service loaner of a similar RX to the one I own, only a newer model year.
