Always something when i come here for service, this last trip i felt compelled to say something.. Terrible customer service person at the front makes you feel that you shouldn't even be hear ... wanted to d trip i felt compelled to say something.. Terrible customer service person at the front makes you feel that you shouldn't even be hear ... wanted to do a multipoint inspection only yo see what's going on with my car as it came close to 100k mile mark and got nickel and dimed despite being a loyal customer and recommending others that have bought from here as well its a shame that I will ne taking my business elsewhere on my next lexus because I enjoyed all aspects/departments of this place otherwise More
