Service is usually good, this time I was told I would get an update in an hour of drop off. I wasn’t contacted until 4pm (missed call no voice mail). When I called back (twice) no one picked up. When someone finally followed up on me (next day) I was told it would be a few days and they said they got started on ordering parts for service without consulting with me. Wasn’t offered a rental car for the time the vehicle was going to be serviced and was told by the representative over the phone that I had to figure it out, it was on us and she insisted a voicemail was left which wasn’t true. [Update] I received this in my email 30 Seconds after I posted this: Did Rallye Lexus resolve your issue? Rallye Lexus has indicated that they have worked with you to resolve your issue. If you’re satisified with the resolution, you may choose to update your review. No one has even contacted me (wasn’t expecting anyone to follow up) so not sure why there is a claim saying the issue was worked out with me. More
