The clerk who checked me in should’ve mentioned it and I wasn’t given the opportunity to hear the recording of the telephone conversation where I am sure I was given a different price quote. Also, the technician did not reset the notification on the dashboard. This is the first time I’ve had such a poor experience. I truly hope since I’ve been a customer for many years, you all would make things right. More
