Rally is the worst dealership around in my opinion! In 2023 I decided to purchase a GX. I wanted the middle model, I have poor hearing so the sound system is useless to me. And I wanted WHITE, it is a beautiful color on the GX. Well, I got a salesman who hated the place and he screwed me. Told me no White GX’s would be available, the Asain Community buys all of them. So I ended up with an off silver colored GX, I also wanted the built in traffic camera. He ordered it and I left a deposit. He ordered it with all the unnecessary crap on it, extra set carpets, weather guard mats, wheel locks, ect. I wasn’t happy but it would be here in a month. Then I see White GX’s in Rally’s lot and at Stoler Lexus. Hard way to find out your salesman is a liar! Three and a half weeks later I stop in to check on my car, told it would be maybe another month by the Salesman that took over my car sales. He was rude, saying that I’m telling you when it is coming. I should have walked away. I had sold my car privately and was now without a car. Lexus does not want trade ins, except Toyota and Lexus Vehicles. They’ll offer half or less than it is worth. Well I ended up buying a car off the lot and it continued to go south! The Navigation System goes CRAZY with directions, the Lexus I.T. Techie found the problem, but did not know how to fix it. So my Navigation System is useless. So I bought a Garmin it works great, GM Navigation Systems use SD cards, Lexus doesn’t and they cannot fix it. The gas tank is small, got to fill it every 4 or 5 days. Gas mileage is worse than Suburban. And the Staff tell me either that’s not my job or I wasn’t your service person when that happened. Go to a Dealer where they take responsibility and do their jobs! Instead of doing a job on you! More
Everything went well except when I left I I drove to the exit for a moment and shut the car off for a second. I tried to start it and it wouldn’t start. I thought I should have been told that they thought the battery was low. More
