After bring car in I was told that only I’ve oil change is offered as complimentary . I spoke with the tech about this and he just shrugged my statement off saying if i leased the car it would have been two free oil changes . I researched and found that is not so unless you lease another car other than Lexus. I also felt the extra time given one on one as I have received from Lexus of Massapequa doesn’t come close . It was a very cold environment . My next car will not be a lexus at least not from Rallye. for the money spent I have other options . More

When i bring my car in i dont have to worry about any surprises, the us service team doesn't do the typical "come in for a routine service , and now you have to have 2 or 3 other services that cost you a thousand dollars" They let you know everything upfront and treat you fairly. The service was excellent, but.. No complaints on the service. Disappointed with Lexus though. I was informed I would have a free year of emergency and automatic start for my new car. I left the dealership and never got it activated. They told me no problem and I would get it at my routine service. The year elapsed and when I went to get it activated they said I could only have it free for the first 12 months. No big deal but they should have made good with what they told me. More
