Called for service I called for service. Person answering the phone very polite, and professional. She transferred me to the individual to make the appointment. Again, f I called for service. Person answering the phone very polite, and professional. She transferred me to the individual to make the appointment. Again, friendly, asked me about the problem, and accommodated me with a morning appointment on short notice. They told me I should be out within 45 minutes of my appointment. I arrived, was met by a very nice gentleman. Problem was addressed, fixed, and I was out in half an hour. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships in the past, this was my first experience at this dealer. Needless to say this is my only choice for any future service and or vehicles. They are far above the others. More
Joanna Oates is a horrible service rep! Every time I have brought my car to be serviced here, I was faced with this extremely rude woman, Joanna Oates. As soon as I opened my mouth, she cut me off and spoke in a very rude way to me. Then she tried to skip my car wash and refused to listen to me and then when I asked for a receipt she lied to her superior and stated I asked for a receipt before I made payment. When I asked her a question about my bill she got loud and said , "we won't change our tire prices for you!" I told her I have a right to ask questions. She didn't make any sense. She just gave me a hard time every single step of the way when I came in. She is a nasty, rude, horrible woman. She should be fired! The way she behaved with me was terrible. I will file a complaint about her unprofessional behavior with the BBB as well unless she issues an apology. More

He answered every one of my questions in a straight forward, highly professional manner and before I knew it we were off on several amazing and informative test drives. His patience and good humor became more and more evident during my decision making process. I wouldn't have waited so long to buy a new car if I had known that there was a person like Neil Fogel there to go out of his way to help me and make the process worry free and fun.
