service is inefficient and overprices There is no value for the prices charged and by the service representative's own admission, the dealer's service personnel are much less efficient tha There is no value for the prices charged and by the service representative's own admission, the dealer's service personnel are much less efficient than the local tire store. The service technician who rotated and balanced the tires used 48 weights on 4 tires, clearly indicating that he/she had no business performing that work. Frank's response was to offer discounts on future work, but was unapologetic about the inefficient work performed, and offered no credit against the invoice. I will think more than twice before servicing my vehicle at Rallye, and will probably end my 20 year relationship with the dealership over the lack of consideration your operation has shown. More
