I am not happy with Rally Lexus Service Dept or Sales Dept. I purchased a vehicle I did not want because I was lied to regarding the delivery date. Then about 6 months later the Navigation System went CR Dept. I purchased a vehicle I did not want because I was lied to regarding the delivery date. Then about 6 months later the Navigation System went CRAZY! Driving me around in circles and taking me on far away directions, going north, then south. Back and forth, giving totally incorrect traveling times and estimates half the time it should take. And the Lexus Techie says he can see the problem, but does not know how to fix it. On my last visit, they wanted to preform service that wasn’t due for 3000 miles. I have had all my service completed at Lexus, except, I changed the oil myself at less than 600 miles. If they wanted to preform to preform extra work FIX the NAVIGATION SYSTEM! I cannot wait to sell this piece of LEXUS CRAP! All they care about is these reviews, so this is my only avenue to warning other future suckers that they LIE! Could not get the COLOR I WANTED Could not get the OPTIONS I WANTED And had to buy the 3 sets of rugs and other dealership money makers. Wheel Locks, ect I was okay with that until the car that I ordered was late arriving. My original salesman quit! And the replacement Salesman tells me, the car won’t be delivered for another month. I explain that the Salesman said it would be here tomorrow. Coldly he said about a month until it arrives. I had to sell my 2021 Chevy Tarverse fairly loaded because Lexus only takes Toyota and Lexus on trade ins. We’ll offer you half what it is worth. So I sold it privately and was without a car. More
Rally is the worst dealership around in my opinion! In 2023 I decided to purchase a GX. I wanted the middle model, I have poor hearing so the sound system is useless to me. And I wanted WHITE, it is a beautiful color on the GX. Well, I got a salesman who hated the place and he screwed me. Told me no White GX’s would be available, the Asain Community buys all of them. So I ended up with an off silver colored GX, I also wanted the built in traffic camera. He ordered it and I left a deposit. He ordered it with all the unnecessary crap on it, extra set carpets, weather guard mats, wheel locks, ect. I wasn’t happy but it would be here in a month. Then I see White GX’s in Rally’s lot and at Stoler Lexus. Hard way to find out your salesman is a liar! Three and a half weeks later I stop in to check on my car, told it would be maybe another month by the Salesman that took over my car sales. He was rude, saying that I’m telling you when it is coming. I should have walked away. I had sold my car privately and was now without a car. Lexus does not want trade ins, except Toyota and Lexus Vehicles. They’ll offer half or less than it is worth. Well I ended up buying a car off the lot and it continued to go south! The Navigation System goes CRAZY with directions, the Lexus I.T. Techie found the problem, but did not know how to fix it. So my Navigation System is useless. So I bought a Garmin it works great, GM Navigation Systems use SD cards, Lexus doesn’t and they cannot fix it. The gas tank is small, got to fill it every 4 or 5 days. Gas mileage is worse than Suburban. And the Staff tell me either that’s not my job or I wasn’t your service person when that happened. Go to a Dealer where they take responsibility and do their jobs! Instead of doing a job on you! More
Everything went well except when I left I I drove to the exit for a moment and shut the car off for a second. I tried to start it and it wouldn’t start.
