I have been a Lexus loyal for 20+ years. I am accustomed to first class service. The service at this Lexus center it did not feel premium. Service was very stream line and impersonal. At oth I am accustomed to first class service. The service at this Lexus center it did not feel premium. Service was very stream line and impersonal. At other Lexus service center, I would meet with the service manager and he/she would provide an overview of the work that it would be performed. Here I was not even sure what was done other than a piece of paper at the end. I left feeling unclear of how my vehicle status was. No clue about breaks, wipers or tires condition. However, the service was completed promptly. Loaner was first class. I little more attention to detail would have gone a long way. I hope my next appointment would be more satisfactory. More

Very bad attitude both times as my advisor especially her colleague the other girl that works with her.. they said they will call the police on me.. recommend don’t use her as your advisor.
