I had a shattered back window. They said they will investigate it and let me know the reason for shattering. They said cold wheather and snow could be the reason for it. I am very appreciative of what Rallye BMW has done for me and I can strongly recommend their service for other BMW owners. More

When told about the first scratch, they said I didn't tell them soon enough. On the second visit, I thoroughly inspected the car before leaving and told them about it. They took pictures and said they would call me. One week later, no call. I called them and left a message. They responded with an EMAIL! They couldn't even pick up the phone, to tell me they were not assuming responsibility. BMW of America encouraged they cover it and here I sit with 2 scratches on a brand new (less than 1k miles) car (not to mention the alignment is still off). Avoid this dealer!!! More
I have given Rallye BMW a GREAT review because of the excellent treatment I was given during a recent repair of my 2002 BMW 745LI. A major repair had been done by this dealership to my BMW 745LI about 6 excellent treatment I was given during a recent repair of my 2002 BMW 745LI. A major repair had been done by this dealership to my BMW 745LI about 6 months earlier resulting in replacement of the valley pan. This required the disassembling and reassembling of a substantial part of the engine and its components. A problem developed subsequently, resulting in a minor oil leak from one of the parts which was disassembled in the earlier repair. When I came back to Rallye BMW to have it corrected, they were very professional, courteous and attentive to my needs and agreed to take care of the problem immediately. I was given a loaner car during the course of the repair. When I returned MY CAR WAS FULLY AND SATISFACTORILY REPAIRED AT NO CHARGE. I am very appreciative of what Rallye BMW has done for me and I can strongly recommend their service for other BMW owners. More
My 535i had an engine malfunction problem which made the car barely drivable. When I first drove into the dealership without an appointment no one could help me, also because no loaner was available. But then the appointment I made was advanced, I was given the loaner, Kevin gave me all his attention, kept me updated on the repair (new fuelpump)and got the car ready before the promised ready-date. I would have also liked to have my one year check-up done during my visit but that was not possible as the one year anniversary is still 3 weeks away. I thought that was a little too exacting. More

Arrived at 2:30 PM on Friday without an appointment. Had car inspected, washed, windshield wipers replaced and all fluids topped off in 1 hour! Rallye BMW service makes you feel "important". Excellent, convenient service department where you drive into the garage are greeted by the prep team and escorted to the service advisor. All service done efficiently while waiting in the cafeteria/lounge into the garage are greeted by the prep team and escorted to the service advisor. I had a problem with one of my headlights---a trouble message was appearing in the car for a few days prior to me calling. I called David and he said to bring in the car the next day---which I did. He told me it would be about 45 minutes and would I like to wait---which I did. Almost to the minute the car was completed. I met with David and signed the invoice, no charge for the problem and went back to work. David has always been great and extremely responsive. It is really a pleasure dealing with this service group. More
