I just purchased a new car from Rallye. I love my car, and I love the atmosphere at Rallye. You have the feeling of a luxurious, high-end dealership, which is quite nice. The only complaint I have about the dealership is that my dealer, Richard DeAngelo, only responds by e-mail, and with a one sentence response at that. He is very nice and friendly in person, and easy to get along with in person, but he is impossible to reach by phone. Does not answer phone calls or respond to phone messages. Only communicates by e-mail. His e-mail lists his direct phone line and cell phone. I left him numerous messages on his direct line, on his cell phone, and with the main reception desk. Did not receive a single call back. Only received a short one sentence e-mail. But I had many questions regarding my vehicle that I needed answered. Needless to say, future phone calls and messages were not answered either. Only corresponded by e-mail, so it took a long time to figure things out, because there was a lot of back-and-forth that could have been avoided with one simple phone call. If you want personal service, this may not be the dealership for you. However, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the general mood is respectful and friendly. More

The service at Rallye is superior as always. Usually I have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one have an appointment for my car, but this time I didn't. We called Matt Carlson and he in turn, left us a message that if there was a problem with one of our cars, we should bring it in the next morning and he would take care of it. From the moment I pulled my car into the bays,spoke with the greeters and then with Matt,the BMW experience was professional as ever.They gave me a loaner car and within 15-20 minutes I was on my way home. About 3 hours later my own car was ready. Thank you for your terrific service and professionalism. More
1- IT TOOK THE TOW CAR COMPANY 2 1/2 HOURS TO REACH ME AT 48TH ST & 1ST AVE. THIS WAS ON SATURDAY.I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT THE DEALER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 2-THE VEHICLE REACHED THE DEALER EARLY MONDAY MOR 48TH ST & 1ST AVE. THIS WAS ON SATURDAY.I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT THE DEALER'S RESPONSIBILITY. 2-THE VEHICLE REACHED THE DEALER EARLY MONDAY MORNING. 3-I WAS CALLED FRIDAY AT 4:30 TO TELL ME THAT THE CAR WAS READY. IT TOOK ABSOLUTELY TOO LONG TO REPLACE A SIMPLE POWER STEERING HOSE AND I DIDN'T HAVE A RENTAL CAR TO USE. I WAS TOLD THAT BMW SENT THE WRONG PART. I recently purchased a new 2011 335i X-Drive from Rallye BMW. My experience prior to this purchase was only with Rallye's service Dept. When it came time to let go of my 2002 BMW 325xi, I asked the service rep for the name of someone in sales he would recommend, he put me in with Brian Cano. Brian was a pleasure to work with and a professional through and through. Brian stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. I already knew what to expect from the service dept. but was reallu happy when Brian walked me through the entire facility and showed me everything from the accessories store to the garage where there must have been enough space for 50 mechanics... and it was clean! A+ in my book for Rallye... and Brian! Thanks for a great experience. More
This is my second car from Rallye BMW. After the first, I wasn't sure I'd go back, but working with Nick Soldo this time was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had (and I do one every three y wasn't sure I'd go back, but working with Nick Soldo this time was the best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had (and I do one every three years). I couldn't get any other dealers to match the price from Rallye. Nick and the whole deal / pick up experience were superb. Luis spent all the time my wife and I needed to explain and go over all the new technology and earnestly urged us to come back at any time with questions or for a refresher. These guys are the best. I can't recommend them enough. Now we'll have to see if the service dept. can match the buying experience! More
