Most Unwelcome I have ever felt!!! Had an appointment with Peter Diaz. Was instructed to ask for Kareem Holman, but when I arrived on time nobody seemed to know what to do with me. The Had an appointment with Peter Diaz. Was instructed to ask for Kareem Holman, but when I arrived on time nobody seemed to know what to do with me. The receptionist kept questioning if Peter had "aksed" (asked or "aksed" - whatever is the proper term), for Kareem Homan. I don't think I should have been made to feel like I was unexpected. Apparently Peter was not available so I was passed off to whomever was hanging out at the receptionist's front desk with nothing to do. I was unfortunate to get Robert Chae, the most unpersonable individual I have had the misfortune to meet in a long time. Apparently this dealership makes enough money to not have any interest in doing business. As a professional going to a business meeting I have yet to be sent to get my own coffee/tea while the sales rep. decides what to do with me. Maybe Mr. Chae is in a transitional position where sales is not quite his forté. If so, I advise him to find a more suitable line of work, because sales is just not the right job for him. If you are unlucky enough to be "assigned" this sales rep., ask ("aks") for someone else!!!!! More
