My experience with Rallye for the past 2 years has been great. Carol Clark-Muniz is great in the service department. i own cars in both NY and Florida and i must say that the service i get in NY at Rallye with Matt Carlson as my service manager is second to none. IN ALL MY YEARS OF SERVICING HIGH END CARS AT THIER RESPECTIVE DEALERSHIPS NOBODY HAS EVER TAKEN BETTER CARE OF ME THEN MATT CARLSON. I ALWAYS LOOKED AT DEALERSHIPS AS DISHONEST AND ALWAYS OUT TO PROF RESPECTIVE DEALERSHIPS NOBODY HAS EVER TAKEN BETTER CARE OF ME THEN MATT CARLSON. I ALWAYS LOOKED AT DEALERSHIPS AS DISHONEST AND ALWAYS OUT TO PROFIT THE MOST RATHER THAN GIVE THE BEST SERVICE. MATT IS THE OPPOSITE. I WAS ALWAYS CONCERNED LEAVING MY CARS AT THE DEALERSHIPS FOR SERVICE BUT WITH MATT IM NEVER WORRIED ONE BIT THAT ANYTHING IS GOING TOBE MESSED WITH OR FIXED THE EASY WAY INSTEAD OF THE RIGHT WAY.
