Awesome Customer Service I walked into Rallye to trade my car in and it was the best decision I made. Not only did I come across Len Brechner who is a excellent Sales guy. Len made me feel comfortable, he took the time out to listen to what I wanted to buy and my budget. He didn't make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale. Len also followed up once I bought the BMW to make sure that everything was good and I was happy. The service from Len and Rallye was excellent. I recommended my friend to Len because of the excellent customer service. Then to top it off, After purchasing my new BMW, I had to take it in for a issue with my alarm and I have to say it was the best, best service I have ever experienced in all the years of driving. I was in and out of Rallye service department with a loaner in no time and before the day was out my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. More

Advisor Robert Marchhart was great. W I had stopped by the dealership during the previous year to look at purchasing a vehicle. That is when I met Rob Marchhart. I had a lot of questions I had stopped by the dealership during the previous year to look at purchasing a vehicle. That is when I met Rob Marchhart. I had a lot of questions and took a 5 series for a test drive. At that time, my current vehicle was a 5 series purchased almost 10 years prior from Habberstad BMW in Huntington. Rob never made me feel like he was your typical "salesmen" just looking to sell me a car and move on to the next sale. I'm in the sales business myself and that approach would have turned me off immediately. I would have been out the door. Instead, he listened to what I was looking for and did a great job of recommending a vehicle that would best suit my needs. I told him it would be another 6 months before I could make the decision. I called him a few months later and we continued the conversation from where we left off. It worked out so well that both my wife and I purchased a vehicle from Rob. I have since referred a number of people to Rob that actually closed on cars with him as well. Thank you Rob for making my purchase of a car an enjoyable experience without the pressure of 'the sell". It made all the difference. I LOVE MY BMW. More

Working with Mitch was easy and a pleasure. He shared the passion and excitement that I was hoping for being a first time BMW owner. I believe he enjoyed the experience as much as I did. Having the opportunity to tap into the knowledge and experience of a BMW certified genius, as Terence is, was extremely helpful to me to start off the ownership excitement that a BMW offers. Subsequent service, both situations, exceeded my expectations. The attention, concern and care that the service advisors provided as well as the technicians that worked on the car was outstanding. The treated my car as if was their own and provided me with every courtesy to minimize any inconvenience. I am one of those people who likes to lease cars and get a new one every three years. The second I walked into Rallye BMW I knew this was the place for me. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. I am a t-shirt and jeans guy and I am treated the same as if I was wearing a $2000 suit. Dominick DeChiara in the sales department is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. I have already recommended him to two people who also bought cars. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything BMW. Even after the sale I still keep in touch with him, and he is happy to help me with any questions of concerns I have. The service department is also excellent. I feel like everybody in there knows my name and that's not just because I like to take advantage of the free car washes. Gianni Marini is a terrific service advisor. He always gets me a quick appointment with a loaner car. The last time I was in for service, he surprised me by doing the oil change that was due soon, without me even asking for it. Now that's service. I highly recommend this dealership. More
