I went to Rallye BMW after visiting three other BMW dealerships on Long Island who seemed surprisingly uninterested in my business. I thought I wanted to purchase a certified pre-owned car and all the dealerships on Long Island who seemed surprisingly uninterested in my business. I thought I wanted to purchase a certified pre-owned car and all the other dealerships I went to showed me the cars they had available and that's about it. No one wanted to spend more than 10 minutes with me even though I was willing to spend almost 30,000 dollars. I was pleasantly surprised by David Yavel at Rallye who not only was willing to spend the time required with me, but he was also the only dealer who suggested that I might want to purchase a service car instead of a CPO. I was looking to purchasing a 2009 328 xi with around 30,000 mile for about 28,000 dollars and Dave was able to get me into a 2011 328xi with only 4,500 miles for less than 31,000 dollars. I had no idea that service cars were even available for purchase and was very glad that David made that suggestion to me. I was also very happy that in our initial meeting David spent over 2 hours with me to be sure that I was getting the exact car that was right for me. I never once felt rushed while working with David. During the time between putting a down payment on the car and receiving, David always kept me up to date on the status of the car, and he always returned my emails and phone calls in a prompt and extremely professional manner. Needless to say, my new 2011 328 xi was perfect and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my purchase. I highly recommend working with David Yavel on the purchase of any car at Rallye BMW. He is a friendly, reliable, honest, and hard working man who I will be visiting again in a few years for my next BMW. More
Excellent dealership to work with. Salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. Located the car I wanted, which was not at the delaership, and arranged for its delivery to the dealer. I emailed into Rallye for a quote on a new BMW 135i. I received a very prompt email from Michael Pierleoni requesting additional information from me for better assistance. Since I was looking to lease the received a very prompt email from Michael Pierleoni requesting additional information from me for better assistance. Since I was looking to lease the vehicle he explained to me that the lease figures would not come out till July 10th. He stated that as soon as he gets the figures that he would get the information requested over to me. I waited the 2 days for July 10th to come. I figured that Rallye being a busy dealership that I might get over looked. I was wrong. On July 10th I received a email from Michael with the lease quote that I requested. I decided to request several quotes on different configurations and still received a prompt response from Michael with suggestions for best possible savings. After talking things over with Michael and discovering a new BMW135is release, he issued me a brand new quote for the new model. I scheduled a time to meet with Michael to go over the figures at the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by several employees and was offered free coffee in their cafe while I waited for Michael to meet with me. After speaking with Michael via email I finally got a chance to put the face to the emails! He walked me and my fiance over to his desk where I noticed that he had a BMW M1 poster along with other BMW items that made me feel that I was dealing with a "Car" guy and not a salesman looking for commission. I was on the fence about financing vs leasing and he was able to break down all the numbers for me with ease. I was very nervous about this purchase seeing that it would be my first BMW and first brand new car. I wanted this to be as perfect as possible. Michael was by far the best sales associate that I have ever dealt with in any industry. He was knowledgeable, extremely nice, understanding, HONEST and a great great person to have selling me my new BMW 135is! I was looking for the perfect scenario and Michael was able to deliver and go the extra mile. I cant say enough about the experience I had. I would recommend this dealership and especially Michael Pierleoni to everyone I know. More
Joel Sobin is one of the finest individuals I have ever met in the car sales industry. My first two Series 3 convertibles were leased. If not for Joel's integrity I may not have ever leased a BMW. He is a man of his word, easy to talk to, reliable, and NEVER EVER pressured me to make a quick decision about anything. In December of 2011 I contacted Joel and told him I was intersested in a certified pre-owned (CPO), Series 3 Convdertible. Joel told me he would find one for me and that he did. I wanted one with no more than 20,000 miles on it, with a perfect interior and exterior. Joel found a 2008 Series 3, hard top cconvertible for me with 20,484 miles on it. I took possession of the car on February 28, and have enjoyed every minute driving the car. Joel made the sales transaction so easy. He even picked my wife and I up at our home so we could drive the car home together. Somewhere down the road I look forward to puchasing my next car from Joel. He is a true gentleman! More
