This was my first BMW experience and I have to be honest I was blown away by the service that Joel Sobin provided. First of all from the moment I met Joel I was at ease and the entire transacti was without I was blown away by the service that Joel Sobin provided. First of all from the moment I met Joel I was at ease and the entire transacti was without pressure. I really felt like I was the most important person in the dealership. I told Joel the type of BMW I wanted exactly and within minutes we had that exact car picked out on his computer. I leased the vehicle and Joel had my finance figures in minutes. The paperwork process was so simple I almost felt like there had to be more, like we were missing something but we weren't, he just had everything ready. I then was shown how to operate the vehicle which was extremely beneficial; during this process I was never rushed, they answered my questions and made sure I got the full benefit of owning such a wonderful vehicle. Two months later I did back the car into another vehicle (ugh)which caused damage to the rear of the vehicle. So when I called Joel to explain that I need to bring the car in for service he had a better solution. He actually came and picked up my car at my house, had the car fixed and drove it back to my house 3 days later as promised and the work was flawless. I never had to drive to Westbury or go pick it up. You can't put a price on the time saved or the lack of hassle that could have been injected in my busy life. As my son said "Dad who was that guy parking your BMW in the driveway"? (at 9:30 at night by the way). I said "thats Joel the person who sold me the car" he said "that's cool". I agree.
