I have been a customer of Rallye BMW for some time. Matt Carlson has been my service advisor for many years. Being the attentive person that he is, Matt noticed that my inspection was due to expire and he also took care of that. I have an extremely busy schedule and Matt always goes out of his way to accommodate me. He is very customer service oriented and highly knowledgable on the entire BMW line. My car is always returned to me washed and cleaner than the condition that I dropped it off in, and my car is always finished when promised. I have referred many friends and family to Matt and Rallye BMW and all have been equally as pleased. More

Shane Pitta was randomly selected for me as a sales rep at Rallye BMW. While I had previously had an unpleasant experience with one of his coworkers, Shane could not have been more friendly, helpful, court at Rallye BMW. While I had previously had an unpleasant experience with one of his coworkers, Shane could not have been more friendly, helpful, courteous, and most importantly, totally honest and upfront about his expectations and mine. From the beginning he provided me with his cell so I could contact him at any point of the process and he could answer my questions. He was wonderful about follow up emails and making sure we were both on the same page of every step of the process. He remained totally open to my insane searching process (I was after the "dream car") as I looked at a variety of different cars, went shopping at other dealers, almost chose a car from him several times, and in the end (probably more to my dismay than his) I did find the car I was looking for at another dealer. He never pressured me, gave me advice about several models I was considering, and when I let him know I had decided to purchase from another dealer, he could not have been more of a gentleman; congratulating me and asking to see the car sometime in the near future. I have already recommended him to others who are shopping for cars and I fully intend to go to him first the next time I make a purchase. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership. I first must tell you that I hate hate going to car dealerships. I decided recently ,along with my son, to reluctantly visit BMW Rallye in Westbury. The building and display of cars were amazing but I was not gonna be fooled by this. I was preparing myself for the harassment by a salesperson. I was then introduced to Robert Wachsman and I was pleasantly surprised. He was very professional,classy,patient and warm to talk to. He explained everything I needed to know about a BMW and set up a test drive for me. Fantastic job by Mr. Wachsman and a true pleasure dealing with him. I eventually bought a 528xi and just love the car. I have emailed him questions and he quickly responds to me. Great great salesman! More

Gabriel Hale was easy to work with; a good negotiator; very professional. I have bought 8 or 9 cars excluding this car and have to say that it was the best experience. My experience with Gabe Hale was excellent! He worked with the price within my budget and suggested the important extras I needed! Day of pickup was flawless, Gabe took his time to provide me one on on with the price within my budget and suggested the important extras I needed! After several visits to Rallye and countless questions (I had to be sure I looked at every preowned X5 Rallye had to offer before I made a decision) I recently purchased a certified preowed X5 from George Ja had to be sure I looked at every preowned X5 Rallye had to offer before I made a decision) I recently purchased a certified preowed X5 from George Javier. George was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very patient and he answered all of my questions each and every time I was at the showroom. He helped me find the right car that fit what I was looking for and did a great job of making sure I understood how everything worked before I left the showroom.
