Ryan was a accomidating to my needs in many ways. First & most important he understood my schedule & respected my request of cummincation; he always texted & emailed before calling. This is my 4th lease with Rallye and I am beyond satisfied with the sales experience and level of service provided to me and my wife at this dealership. He has recently been promoted to Sales Manager (Congrats and well earned!) but still took the time to sit down with my and my wife to explain to us the options available to us for us to decide on what our next lease will be. Ended up choosing the X3 which we are very happy with. The level of customer satisfaction provided when and IF our car needs to be serviced the service department is incredibly accomodating. It's easy to schedule an appointment and I've never had an issue getting a hold of a loaner if the service will for some reason take all day or more than one day. The dealership has a car wash onsite and give you a free car wash after the service is complete which is a nice touch. Not only do you get the car serviced for free but you also get a free car wash. The dealership itself is state of the art always clean and the staff at reception are warm and welcoming. In my experience with various dealers and brands I will always choose Rallye BMW for my vehicle(s) I forgot the name of the client advisor who took us for a test drive in the X3 but once again the level of service provided was well above par as the gentleman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable answering any questions my wife and I had.
