I hear and read good things about this dealership but they don't seem to want to sell or make deals. Funny I thought car dealerships are suppose to sell you cars. Came in to look at a CPO BMW, took a tes they don't seem to want to sell or make deals. Funny I thought car dealerships are suppose to sell you cars. Came in to look at a CPO BMW, took a test drive, then time to make a deal or so I thought. I gave a reasonable number he came down a bit but then I hit a brick wall, he said I can't go any lower. What no more negotiating, no counter offer in this economy, recession, WOW. I don't get it but like they say plenty of fish in the sea but I'll keep an eye out to see how quickly this car sells. I can only guess that eric was holding out on the higher price for a higher commission. Only time will tell but I hope to find my new BMW soon so I can drive back and show him I was serious. Save your time and go somewhere else and buy your BMW. More

I have always felt welcomed at Rallye but this prospect of picking out a replacement when my lease was up was daunting. Meeting with Mohammed was easy no pressure as we finalized everything prior to pick up of my new car. It was so smooth I even emailed him after to thank him. Although there were computer issues at pick up I was so excited it was of no concern. I was greeted by name when I returned after the computer glitches were fixed. My time was valuable and Bill gave me options rahter than have me sit and wait. My 2012 X-3 was delivered in excellent condition and I AM LOVING the car so much I'm offering to do "errands" for others!!! More

Service department is Excellent!! I was checked in in no time at all. Everything was explained clearly. I normally don't wait for services to be done on my car because of long waits. I showed up at the dealer without an appointment, as when I went to put air in my tire, noticed a big screw. I drove up and literally 5 mins later David O'Neil walked with me around the car and noted my pro I went to put air in my tire, noticed a big screw. I drove up and literally 5 mins later David O'Neil walked with me around the car and noted my problem. At the same time I showed him a scuff on top of my right side mirror. He asked all the right questions, such as if I have the tire protection, dent coverage. (I have both). Told me it should take about 1-1/2 hurs and directed me to the waiting room. Approx. 1-1/2 Mr. O'Neil called me and told me my car is ready and I can come down and pick it up. The tire was fixed, the scuff on the mirror was buffed down and I was told that the tire was repaired since they did not have one in stock and I will receive a call when a tire comes in. I have to say from the beginning when I pulled up to the service entrance the young man who works there is very thorough, very pleasant and very observant. When I came down to pick up my car and he noticed that after 5 mins my car was not there, he sent someone to look in the back where is my car. They said it will be out shortly. 5 mins later still no car, he sent someone else to check on the car, who reported the car is being washed and it will be out shortly. This is what I always say, even if things are not done that instant just keep the customer informed. Tell them what is going on with their car, don't wait for the customer to get aggravated, customer appreciates being informed even if you don't have anything new, and that's what was happening here I saw that they young man really cared to keep me informed, he saw me waiting there and wanted to make sure that I knew that he was looking out for me. So, everyone, THANK YOU VERY MUCH RALLYE BMW, YOUR CARE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED, that I a woman was treated equally as other customers. GREAT JOB DONE!!!!!!! More
