This dealership has gone steadly downhill over the years. Have purchased 4 cars from them and just bought my 5th BMW from a different dealership. BMW sales department is rude and uncaring at best. Their attitude seems to be "take it or leave it" with no interest in the customer. The service department has their hands out for a tip each time you go in. Making an appointment is like getting an audiance with the pope. If you have tipped enough your car is ready same day, else expect to wait until at least the next day (I go the tipping route to get the faster service). I am a customer and also have a mercedes from their sister dealership and the only recommendation that I would give is STAY AWAY. More

I just went for a test drive and to get some general information and was treated with complete disrepect. First of all, the receptionist was on the phone with a friend, filing her nails, and chewing gu information and was treated with complete disrepect. First of all, the receptionist was on the phone with a friend, filing her nails, and chewing gum, all while I was standing there waiting to be greeted. She was on the phone for a good 5 minutes before acknowledging me. I asked to see a specfic car and the saleperson had the nerve to tell me to "go outside and look for myself". Needless to say, I purchased my new vehicle elsewhere. More
