My wife and I have been going to Rallye for more than 10 years, we return each time we are looking for a new vehicle mainly because of Robert. It is his attention to detail and the fact that genuinely cares about his clients that brings us back each and every time. I have shopped with other dealerships and with many different brands. Fact of the matter is this when you are in the market for a vehicle at the 80K price point there are many choices. Robert’s main goal is to further develop that client relationship. He responds to me at the time he committed to and delivers on the items promised. He makes himself available even when he is off. He understands our needs prior to making recommendations and more importantly does not try to sell me items that I would absolutely have no use for. Yesterday was the 6th car we have leased using his expertise and we greatly appreciate the knowledge, patience and understanding that continue to fascilitate a great experience. He assessed what we wanted and did not push for things we did not want. Everyone else we worked with were also very friendly and competent; not in a rush but willing to spend the time we wanted. Great Experience, Love the Pampering! I picked my 2017 X3 Xline Model in Mineral White Metallic and Mocha leather interior (great combo) on August 26, 2017, what an exciting day! Larry Ki I picked my 2017 X3 Xline Model in Mineral White Metallic and Mocha leather interior (great combo) on August 26, 2017, what an exciting day! Larry Kim was my salesperson, he was great. Larry spent a great amount of time with me, he was very patient, knowledgeable trustworthy and knows his stuff! I received my production number within 4 days. Thanks Larry for helping me build the vehicle of my dreams! Richard DeAngelo, Sales Manager and Matthew Carlson, Service Manager went over all my concerns I had including the 19" All Season Goodyear tires which I thought would have a harsher ride and not handle snow then the All Season 18" tires I was surprised, the 19" tires have a better ride I think then the 18" tires which I did a test drive with. I was also told these 19" tires will be fine in the snow, since it's an All Season tire which is good. Thank you Rich and Matt for spending a good amount of time explaining everything in detail and addressing all my concerns. Wallace Leung in Finance was great too! I am glad I took his advice and took the tire warranty and maintenance upgrade, it makes of a lot of sense since I not only own the vehicle but the tires and rims are very expensive to replace and it's a piece of mind. Thanks Wally for also spending a good amount of time with me addressing all my concerns. Terence Palmer (Genius) was great too, so patient. He explained every detail in my vehicle day of delivery. Terence advised me I can come back anytime to go over anything, since it's a lot to absorb in an hour or so. What I loved most was Terence asked me; "Do you think you can drive her (female voice Nav.) home today"? I said yes! Thank you Terence for being so concerned and making sure I knew how to operate vehicle correctly. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to be Pampered, the team @ Rallye are truly amazing!!! Adam Romano - Phenomenal SA I have had my fair share of receiving service from various dealerships and I have to say hands down that Adam had been THE best SA I have ever worked I have had my fair share of receiving service from various dealerships and I have to say hands down that Adam had been THE best SA I have ever worked with. It resonated a lot about the customer service of this dealership when I met with Adam -- he is extremely polite and really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. He is also knowledgeable of his product (i.e. BMW) and you will be surprised how many SAs in other dealerships do not know much of the services the car is being brought in for. What I also found incredible was the turnaround time. Adam made sure the services were complete in a timely/reasonable time frame. Every time I brought in my car for service, it was always complete within 1-2 days. Overall, I had an EXCELLENT service with Adam at Rallye BMW. He is highly recommended!!! Thank you! More
