Needed a tire due to a blowout I was happy to receive a loaner car and a new tire the same day. They worked with me regarding keeping price competitive. I am disappointed and feel the tires may be defective given i got 2 blowouts in 3 weeks and then was told now i need a wheel alignment as a result at my own expense. More

ANNUAL SERVICE ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER AFTER GAS CAP WAS REPLACED, SENSOR FOR GAS APPEARED. ALL SENSORS ON DASHBOARD SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE CUSTOMER ALWAYS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER AFTER GAS CAP WAS REPLACED, SENSOR FOR GAS APPEARED. ALL SENSORS ON DASHBOARD SHOULD BE CHECKED BEFORE CUSTOMER IS SENT HOME. MY SENSOR WILL NOW BE ON UNTIL MY NEXT SERVICE TRIP. ALSO, I HAVE DING PROTECTION BUT WAS NOT TOLD PRIOR TO ARRIVING THAT I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR ALL DAY FOR PHOTOS TO SUBMIT TO INSURANCE, SO I WILL HAVE TO RETURN FOR ANOTHER VISIT. Reset computer I would never service elsewhere & no reflection on anyone but FYI the computer was not rest for service so it still shows service needed with oil chan I would never service elsewhere & no reflection on anyone but FYI the computer was not rest for service so it still shows service needed with oil change required.. Great service. Great deals. Family treatment. I love my experience at Rallye BMW. from start to finish the experience was excellent. Mitch is the gentleman that helped me. Anytime I wanted to just swing by and look at a car he was willing t just show it to me and with no problem at all. He was never too busy. Mitch allowed for me to leave comeback multiple times and he was always at my service. He helped me to find a car which was perfect based on my own individual situation. He didn’t try to get me into a car or a service I did not need. He made sure to be as honest and thorough as possible. Great experience that my parents will be coming in and getting help with renewing their BMW X5 lease is up. They don’t want to return to their previous BMW dealership once their current lease is due.
