Nice until you sign on the dotted line. At first Robert Chae seemed very nice but he quickly turned into a cheap salesman the min we signed on the dotted line. He did not stay for us to look over the vehicle when we purchased it. I ended up seeing several scratches and my car was not detailed properly. When I called him and told him he said well that’s a service issue like it wasn’t his problem. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. We got the issue resolved ourselves but I will not be purchasing a car with this man again. We normally have amazing experiences with our other sales person but she no longer sells cars. Not a good feeling for someone to go from super nice to cold and annoyed. More
