Horrific customer service The process of buying my x5 was excellent . 24 hours we had a deal done. That is we’re it ended. Originally we were told the car would be in within The process of buying my x5 was excellent . 24 hours we had a deal done. That is we’re it ended. Originally we were told the car would be in within a week. It took 3 weeks to receive and required me to call multiple times to get a date. Salesman response was - “ it takes time , there must have been a misunderstanding “. The short of it is I was expecting it the week before Xmas and got it 2 weeks late. Now we are waiting for the all weather mats , they were due the 1st week of January. Multiple calls to the saleman Len have gone unanswered along with emails. I might just have to walk into the dealership to get a response This is a $65k car - I should have gone to Freeport instead of Rally. More

PICKING UP MY NEW CAR Service was good and Gerorge Kanes was good as usual. The so called BMW expert was in my opinion no expert, I knew more about the vehicle than he did. Service was good and Gerorge Kanes was good as usual. The so called BMW expert was in my opinion no expert, I knew more about the vehicle than he did. He couldn't figure out some things and when we were done I went back in to ask a question and he was gone for the evening. I understand that it as 6:00 but then don't schedule a pick up if there wont be sufficient time to go over the new vehicle in detail. More
