Tony make sure to go over in detail how everything works and assure me that if I ever forget anything I can always come by either him or he will get one of the specialist to go over the vehicle with me. It was really wonderful. He even call me a couple days later to check on me if everything is good with the car, even thou he mentioned that if he didn't call that I can always call him or text him if I need help with the car. Prices need to be realistic and competitive if you want people to keep coming in for service. I only came because it was a recall. I also met with Anthony about a lease for an MDX but didn’t end up getting it. More

He welcome me to the store, and asked what he can help me with. Before you know it we were just talking about what kind of Acura we had in the pass and for how long we kept the car, I totally forgot about buying a car, lol, long story short, Tony explained everything clearly and thoroughly and I felt it was pretty much around the price that I'm going to pay, end up putting a deposit and set up a date to pick up my car. In the end Tony showed me how to operate the feature of the car. Wonderful experience. More
Seriously? I had my vehicle towed through RSA back on March 2nd and the vehicle was delivered to the wrong dealership. I then called to have it towed to the cor I had my vehicle towed through RSA back on March 2nd and the vehicle was delivered to the wrong dealership. I then called to have it towed to the correct dealership after receiving no phone call that the car was in Valley Stream. My car was then delivered an hour after the scheduled time. Now, these are issues with RSA and AAA, not the dealership, but this is just the preamble. Upon receiving my vehicle back after repair, I noticed that I had a scratch on my car. It was in the shape of a check mark, about 3-4 inches in length. The scratch is on the top of the car, which would not be towing damage. I was told by Rallye Acura that all cars are photographed upon delivery, but there are no photos of my vehicle. I was told that RSA needs to take care of this but RSA is a third party call center which has nothing to do with Acura. I was told to file a complain with AAA but they are telling me that it needs to be done through Acura because the car was brought to the wrong dealership from the beginning. (I asked for it to be brought to Rallye Acura and was told that was no problem but it was brought to Valley Stream, the closer dealership. I was told that they automatically bring it to the closest dealership after the fact, not when I called). I also tried to speak to the service manager at Rallye Acura but he instead yelled at the Service Adviser since he didn't want to deal with me. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau but have received no answer from Rallye Acura. The scratch has since been fixed but the poor, abhorrent customer service I have received has me reevaluating ever buying an Acura vehicle again. Seriously, the attitudes and ineptitude I have dealt with is ridiculous, especially from a supposed "luxury" brand. More

I spoke to and met with a number of sales reps. at other notable Acura dealerships (even ones who talk about their white glove service) before finding my way to you. As good as they all were, you are head and shoulders above all of them and are the only one who, without any fanfare, really went above and beyond to deliver white glove, best in class service to us. A new car purchase is a significant investment and involves a lot of decisions and stressors and you smoothed and paved the way for us at every step. And, the car was delivered in brand new, pristine condition and Adrian, your Vehicle Specialist taught us how to use all the features of the Tech package thoroughly and was also service oriented and personable throughout. Joe, the Finance Manager was terrific too-very thorough and honorable as was Eileen, the first salesperson I exchanged emails with at your dealership. We couldn’t ask for more service, integrity, expertise or information from every one of you. This is our second new car purchase with Rallye Acura and, except to get information to negotiate with you, I don’t see any reason for us to buy a car (or recommend that anyone we know buy an Acura) from anyone else. You are a star as a salaesperson and service provider and you can be sure that we will seek you out for our next purchase and recommend you to anyone we know who wants to purchase an Acura. A walk through the park Walk into Rallye Acura showroom, greet by the receptionist, told her, I prefer to speak to someone who speak Chinese. I told him I've just came from couple of other Acura dealers, and that I wanted the best price that he can give me. He said SURE!! Not a problem. We sat down and he asked me a few questions as to which car and which features that I wanted, then he started putting information in to the computer. Few minutes later, he swing the computer around and show me the numbers and I was like, "you got the deal" it was so easy and simple, like a walk in the park More
