My reduced rating is based on making an appointment several weeks prior to service, dropping off the car as scheduled and subsequently learning the part had not yet been delivered. Poor logistical planning on someone’s part? More
Something has changed since the last time I had service done here. The place looks dirty and customer service has gone way down. Even though I was told I would be called when my car was done, I was never contacted and they went home for the night. The next day was a holiday and no one was there to help me. I left two voicemails and still no one called me. I don’t know what has changed but it’s definitely not a good change. Customer service has gone way down. More

I am, however, not happy with the new surcharge on credit card transactions now that they are Reardon. I'm sorry, but if the small businesses I frequent in my community don't charge a surcharge, why is a multi-million dollar car dealership doing it? Seems like a cash grab. Due to this, I will not be buying another VW for my next car and I will always use my debit card until then. More
