Horrible Salesman I had an absolutely terrible experience. Got a call saying they were interested in buying my car back and we could check out a trade-in. I made it ver I had an absolutely terrible experience. Got a call saying they were interested in buying my car back and we could check out a trade-in. I made it very clear that I was on a strict budget. Shane, the salesman, told us what price they could offer. We asked for a minute to discuss it and he immediately snapped at us and said he didn't see why we had to discuss it, but fine. We told him we weren't able to get the new car today and he proceeded to mock us for wanting a car seat tech to certify that our newborn's car seat could fit safely (excuse me for caring about my son's safety?), loudly discuss us with another employee across the room right in front of us, and then tell us we wasted his time. I will never return to this dealership again. It's a shame - I've always had a great experience bringing this car in for service, but I simply cannot give money to a place that would employ this man. I am thrilled to have robbed him of a commission and will warn everyone against this dealership from now on. I am very disappointed in the apparently low standard to which they hold their salesmen. More

Made appointment for oil change on new Town and country for 10AM. At 10:15 my car still in lot and somebody walked in and asked for a oil change and they took his car in right away.
