I will start by saying Anthony needs to be removed from his position because he likes to intimidate his employee's and their customers. I purchased a 23 Canyon nothing but roadblocks were thrown in my way by Anthony and I had the truck financed with my Credit Union before he could even get a buyers order over to them. I sat on Fri for 2hrs, then Sat for 4 hrs nothing was done but I gave a pass because the dealership's systems were down. Came back on Monday and was there 5hrs. I DID NOT ASK OR INQUIRE ABOUT FINANCING, I HAD IT READY TO GO BEFORE I SHOWED UP ON SAT. Why this process took so long is beyound me other than Anthony wanted me to bring my ORIGINAL POA IN AND LEAVE IT! My husband works away from home, I've had a POA since 2007, we"ve been tovether 40yrs. I told him that would not happen but I would drop a copy off, he said that was not good enough. Now why is it that I just took out a New Home construction loan out and the ATTORNEY that closed this real estate transaction took nothing more than a COPY! I went today, Thursday and dropped off a copy even though they did not do the paperwork properly and the Finance guy was very nice, even agreed with me that Anthony and a couple of others up there are on a power trip. As I said too many Chiefs not enough indians. After dropping off a COPY of my POA today, Anthony calls me up and says that his notary will not except it and he would not either. I said a cuss word or two may e even 3 or 4 and he said and I quote, " Thats ok Ms Davenport I just won't register your truck" This is so wrong on so many levels I can't even think straight. I now want a meeting with the General Manager because I don't think Rainbow GMC is in the STRONG ARM business!
