Expressed a battery cable issue and coolant leak. Both were dismissed with little diagnosis of any at all. Still having the same issue. GMC said if it continued to happen they would wave some fee’s t Both were dismissed with little diagnosis of any at all. Still having the same issue. GMC said if it continued to happen they would wave some fee’s to look into to it further which was nice but why not get it right the first time. Now I have to find a care to borrow or rent. More

Terrible communication with service staff and their manager! I told her, in front of other customers, that I would handle the "ripped up" air filter they brought out to show me along with my rear brak manager! I told her, in front of other customers, that I would handle the "ripped up" air filter they brought out to show me along with my rear brakes and they still proceeded to replace a $12 air filter with a charge of $30 for a new one and charged $55.00 labor for something that takes 5 minutes.... and again, after I said I would do it myself! When I emailed the manager his staff lied and said 3 of them heard me say replace the air filter so there was nothing he can do and stood up for the new staff and not the customer. If that were so, why didn't they replace the brakes as well since it was said all in one sentence? Pitiful communication! More
