After I had a complaint with the direction, my last visit went. The staff reviewed this and agreed with me. That means alot to me that they would take time to look at my complaint and rectify it to the best went. The staff reviewed this and agreed with me. Every time I bring my car in for an issue, it's almost $1000. The last 2 times I got home to find the same issue occurring despite being assured they found and fixed it...for $1000. This last time the service tech never even bothered to call me back when I called, not once but twice, to check on the status of my car since it was to be ready that day. On the 3rd day, I got in touch with the cashier who told me my car had been ready the day before. I paid almost $1000 and got home to...can you guess? Yes, the same issue and sound was there. The last time they "fixed" it it was almost $1000, and the problem wasn't fixed. They tried to say it was a completely different issue but my husband stepped in and took over. They decided the part they replaced was defective and changed it. How can I rely on my dealership when they won't keep in touch, keep me informed about my car repairs, and then charge me an arm and a leg but end up not fixing the issue??? More

I had to continue to follow up weekly to determine status on parts that were ordered (took a while - 6 weeks). However, the lady I spoke to each time was always very nice.
