Not one employee wore a mask even though a sign was on door requiring them. I was the only person in the dealership with a mask on. Even when the service advisor came to my truck and saw I had a mask on door requiring them. I was the only person in the dealership with a mask on. Even when the service advisor came to my truck and saw I had a mask on, she did not wear one. Then she got into my truck with no mask. I have no idea if the service tech wore one or if the wiped down my truck after working on it. 7:30 am oil change took an hour, I do not understand what takes so long. More

Matt Smith, sales representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to answer all of our questions and was able to present us with a deal we were very comfortable with. purchased a truck about a month ago. Had it 1 day and had to bring it back because it had a coolant leak and oil leak. Rainbow Northshore kept it for 2 weeks to supposely do the repairs. Got it back and wit to bring it back because it had a coolant leak and oil leak. Rainbow Northshore kept it for 2 weeks to supposely do the repairs. Got it back and within 4 days had another coolant leak again. Had to bring it back for a second time within 3 weeks. This time Rainbow Northshore refuse to cover repair cost and said it was on me due to purchasing a used vehicle without a warranty. So needless to say i have only had my vehicle about 5 days since purchasing it a month ago. Do Not purchase from this dealership because they are not willing to help you and will screw you over. I now have a very large repair bill they will not cover! I will never purchase from them again and will never recommend anyone to this dealership!!!!!!!!! More
