Also I’m sorry I don’t remember the gentleman‘s name from Finance oh also in my opinion went went out and above in assisting me in getting the best finance possible. I have been doing business with rainbow GMC for the past five years and have been very happy with the service and personnel who have assisted me and my family. Because of that my brother week later went to rainbow and purchased a new Acadia. And I’m fixing to send my daughter and her husband over also who are looking to purchase a new vehicle. The service writer was very unhelpful. We brought the vehicle in for a check engine light and it was 200 miles out of warranty. He wanted to charge a large diagnostic fee which I suggested should be cove vehicle in for a check engine light and it was 200 miles out of warranty. He wanted to charge a large diagnostic fee which I suggested should be covered under warranty since it was so close to the warranty period. Rather than having us leave the car, he said we should take it home until he got things straightened out with GM. He called 20 minutes after we left and said to bring the car back. If we intended to call immediately, he should have told us and we would have left the car there. Secondly, after we returned the car to the dealership on Friday afternoon, the service department didn’t touch the car. We ended up having to go get it again to use over the weekend. When we returned the car to the dealership on Monday, they were unable to relocate the issue. The service writer had many opportunities to make this a smoother process for us, but completely mishandled our issue. More
