The car-buying process can be troublesome, with the majority ending in stressful results accompanied by buyer's remorse. The current economic climate can prove quite problematic. Pairing that with the time-aged stereotyping of car sales associates makes many car buyers defensive once they step inside a dealership. However, I can undoubtedly express that Rainbow Northshore Buick GMC is not your average dealer; at least my sales associate, "AK," was not your average sales associate. Professional, approachable, straightforward, and willing to discuss options without the overbearing intent to close the sale. Sales associates desire to make the most money, and car buyers desire to save the most money. AK was concerned more with customer service and satisfaction, which should be the foundation of any good dealership. AK, thanks for working with me and going the extra mile. More

Excellent Service…. very friendly @ repair service department. I only wish there wasn’t a LONG wait for back up parts for my AC. Still waiting for my AC to be service, it’s dang gone super hot in the car to be driving around w/o air conditioner! 94-100 degrees inside the car w/o AC so it is a huge problem with waiting forever for parts on back order, not necessarily need to have such a long wait….but other than that, excellent service/staff. Brought my sons truck in due to an air bag recall when service was completed we noticed multiple large cracks on the dash. After bringing this to their attention they told me GM states they are not respo service was completed we noticed multiple large cracks on the dash. After bringing this to their attention they told me GM states they are not responsible for DAMAGES so I escalated it to the service manager who then called the technician who performed the work & stated he did not damage the dash. At that point I argued with the service manager that I could show him the damage it was very apparent that it was new damage once seeing he immediately noticed then he stated that they are not responsible for the damage at that point I asked to speak to the general manager. I actually knew the general because we have bought 3 vehicles from him so I think it would be fair to say he knows we are loyal customers. Once I spoke to him he immediately went look at it & told me to give him an hour & if I didn’t hear from him call him so after not hearing anything for 3 hrs I called and was told he was going to call and see what he could do. 1 month later still nothing, not even a return call every time I speak to the general manager I’m told he’s calling someone else and will get back with me but he never does needless to say I won’t be bringing anything to them for service or purchasing another vehicle from them!! More
