Less than pleased Our experience was less than ideal. When we got there, there wasn’t anyone available to help us for a bit. I’ll say now, that the receptionist was gre Our experience was less than ideal. When we got there, there wasn’t anyone available to help us for a bit. I’ll say now, that the receptionist was great. I’ll get into that later. Our sales representative wasn’t very personable, I guess that’s the best word I can use. He didn’t seem from the get go like he was willing to really work with us on prices etc, but I pushed my husband into continuing into negotiation because I really wanted this car! In hindsight, I honestly wish I would’ve just listened to my husband and left on multiple occasions. We had our small children with us. We arrived at 2pm and didn’t leave until a little after 6pm. Our son got very bored, very quick and as many of the staff understood that, our sales representative did not. He even stated, “he seems like a handful.” My son has apraxia of speech, so he can’t say much and yes, he was exploring and yes, my husband and I had to divide and conquer a lot but I didn’t expect him to sit still. Back to your receptionist, she gave my son a coloring book and some highlighters and he loved that! Our sales rep did give my son a balloon, that was about the only compliment I can give. After a couple of hours, my husband and I were antsy as well. So while we were signing the paperwork, my headlight was supposed to be replaced since it was burnt out. The part wasn’t available. While we were with the financial guy for a while, bc again, we had to divide and conquer the little ones, our new car was just sitting there. The finance guy even stated that our kids were doing good considering we were there for so long. When we were done, we thought we’d be ready to move car seats etc over to the new car. Nope. Our sales representative had just brought our vehicle to get cleaned a few mins before we got finished signing paperwork. So we had to wait another 45 mins outside for the car. That’s a lot of time that could’ve been avoided if the vehicle would’ve been brought over right after I was informed the headlight was not available. That also was plenty of time to get a copy of our paperwork to us. We left the dealership without the paperwork and didn’t realize until Thursday. I spoke with our sales guy on Thursday morning, and that afternoon he told my my headlight would be in Friday at 2pm. I scheduled an appt for Monday morning at 9am so that I could have my son at school and only have to worry about entertaining my daughter. Saturday, I was informed the part wouldn’t make it until 10:30-11am on Monday. I made an appt for Wednesday at 9am which was today. I was told to go to the body shop to get it switched out. I arrived to the dealership this morning, went into the the body shop office and I wish I could remember this gentleman’s name, but I can’t. I told him what I was there for and he told me he was told I was going to service and I guess he could see the frustration/disappointment on my face and without hesitation, he said “you know what, I’ll take care of it for you. It’ll just be easier.” He had my headlight swapped out in 30 mins when I was told it would take at least an hour and a half. I was fully prepared to be there for an hour and a half to two hours and he pulled up next to me as I was making my 4th lap around the car lot. I really appreciate him for helping me out today and taking care of me. Today, I did have a good experience which is why I gave 3 stars. More
