Trade up no matter what I have given the rating of 4 because my salesman David H. Was wonderful. He sat with us and designed the RAM 2500 Of my dreams. We ordered it waited I have given the rating of 4 because my salesman David H. Was wonderful. He sat with us and designed the RAM 2500 Of my dreams. We ordered it waited the 6 to 8 weeks , we checked on it once a week . On the 8th week David found out that the plant making my truck had closed for service. I would of had to wait approximately another 8 or more weeks. Something that was not in the cards for me the truck was needed ASAP . My salesman David H. Did an on line search to try to find a truck with my specifications that we designed. It was impossible to find one exactly as I ordered but he found one as close as possible. On Thursday the 12th in another state. Rainbow sent someone to go get it the next morning and it arrived just before closing on Saturday. I received my truck on Monday the 16th. It would of been awesome to have that beautiful New Holland Blue but I ended up with the exact same color truck that I traded in Max Steel .. Thank you David H. More
