Wow! What a group of professionals! I arrived on the lot anticipating finding a "fit" for my needs. Being the first stop on my vehicle search, I did NOT What a group of professionals! I met a great salesman named Forrest who patiently guided me as I manifested my steps in my search and consciously looked out for the obstacles before me. I met a great finance manager named Tyler who spelled out the financial process in a clear precise, understandable manner with superb knowledge and advice. Numbers made easy! As a senior on a very tight budget and in need of a dependable vehicle, I took the chance at Rainbow Ram, Jeep, and Dodge, McComb MS. Dropped my jeep off on Monday to pick up by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. Finally received my vehicle back at 6:15 pm Friday. They were so bad the service person gave me a discount of $100 but when Thursday at the latest. Finally received my vehicle back at 6:15 pm Friday. They were so bad the service person gave me a discount of $100 but when I got my bill it was $500 over the quote. The service person knew they screwed up so as I was leaving he offered me a card good for 2 oil changes and tire rotation. I gave it back and said “I will never come back to this dealership”. In my experience they were inefficient, incompetent, and overpriced. I would not recommend this dealership More
