The service department is a joke. I was told to bring my truck in at 9am for them to check it out and by 2:45 I had to call to check on it. I was told they hadn’t had a chance to look I was told to bring my truck in at 9am for them to check it out and by 2:45 I had to call to check on it. I was told they hadn’t had a chance to look yet and that they would call me back by 4:00 as that was my only ride home from work. I had to call them at 4:45 due to no return call and was told they still hadn’t looked at my truck. But they did offer to look at it the next day after lunch. It was completely a waste of my time. I brought my truck to another shop the next day and received a phone call 2 hours later with a diagnosis of my truck. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by the service department. More

Forrest, my sales person, was helpful and knowledgeable. Paperwork was quicker than I have experienced at other dealerships. I typically dislike purchasing new cars, but this experience was enjoyable. I will definitely recommend Rainbow to my friends; the 90 minute trip from Baton Rouge is worth it! More
