My vehicle was serviced on January 17, 2024. Immediately they began the work. Ms Stacey kept me informed of what was needed and also of the time involved. I believe this visit was the shortest wait time of all of my visits so far. Ms Stacey informed me of (major) service due items.. At that time I was unable to take care of those items. Ms Stacey added the items and approximate costs to my receipt, and we agreed that I would re-schedule in order to take care of all this. Ms Stacey is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and has a true desire to work with customers and to make sure they are happy with their visit to the Service Department at Rainbow Dodge in McComb, MS. I look forward to interacting with Ms Stacey so much that I will wait for her to be finished with other customers so that I will speak directly to her.
