She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. When the mechanhcal tech was done, Ariel informed me of the required parts, total replacement costs and approximate time for repairs. When the parts were received, Ariel immediately contacted me to schedule the necessary repairs. It was a very pleasant experience working with Ariel. Rainbow Dodge of McComb has the best Service Departnent of all the dealerships I have had to deal with. I look forward to my next appointment next Tuesday. More
