Abysmal response of "well, you're almost 10K into your warranty" foreshadowed the treatment by the sales manager and service manager that all I was was a "former customer" once my vehicle left the dealers warranty" foreshadowed the treatment by the sales manager and service manager that all I was was a "former customer" once my vehicle left the dealership. Considering it was now my 3rd visit in fewer than 90 days of the calendar year, I thought more would be done for customer loyalty than a picayune discount on a tune-up costing over $600. One-star hardly illustrates my disappointment. More
