I purchased a 2023 Ram from a dealership in Brookhaven and they only gave me one key fob. Since your dealership is closer to me I scheduled an appointment to purchase one and have it programmed. The first and they only gave me one key fob. Since your dealership is closer to me I scheduled an appointment to purchase one and have it programmed. The first visit I spent over two hours waiting for them to finish but they were not able to. We rescheduled and when I bought it back they still were not able to fix it. They provided me with a loaner vehicle (three vehicles over the next forty days) and had experts from Houston come to fix it. I'm impressed that they didn't get frustrated with the vehicle and send me away... they stuck with it until they found the solution... thank you ?? More
