My car was driven around 60 miles, left my tank almost empty, and actually showed my car’s mileage incorrect when I arrived so it appeared my car wasn’t driven as much as it was. I knew what the mileage was when I brought in my car. They made it look as though it was only driven ten miles, yet it was driven over 60 miles and used over 1/4 tank of gas. The service manager was rude, dismissive, patronizing and insulting when he spoke to me. He treated me like I was an idiot. He acted like he did me a favor by not charging me for a repair covered by warranty. He would have never spoken to a man the way he spoke to me. I purchased two cars at Rafferty and never want to go back. I have always gone to dealerships for service because I trust them. I do not trust this service department, they were dishonest with me and I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I never want to return to this dealership again. More
90 minutes to do oil change and tire rotation. Of course they wanted to do more and take three hours. Am sure I’ll like my car but the experience was unpleasant. Salesperson more interested in getting to 15 sales for the month. Too much back and forth, wanted to wait a few days due to a commitment- unpleasant. Salesperson more interested in getting to 15 sales for the month.
