I believe you are the person who called me back the day after the incident. If you are a different Ed, who is also a service manager, please accept my apologies. I don't know what would have changed between then and now except for the fact that I filled out the survey and you were notified. I assure you there is no confusion on my end as to what transpired. No woman should ever be treated differently than a man, and a man would have never been spoken to or treated the way I was. Never. Ever. I told my husband about the situation and he agreed that this would have never happened if I was a man. It is a form of discrimination, it is sexist, insulting, and unfortunately very hurtful. Sadly it is still hurtful. Interestingly, even in this reply you have failed to take any responsibility or even apologize. If you can't apologize through the anonymity of a computer screen, there is nothing more to be said.

Service and safety precautions were good. I would just recommend routinely cleaning waiting room surfaces, like chairs and tables. I was there for over two hours and nothing like that was done. More
