I had my car inspected and serviced as I do every month. I take my car there to get it inspected from bumper to bumper, fix any apparent issues, and update the registration. My car had no apparent issues, keep in mind I take it to have a diagnostic and oil change every other month at the dealership. After the inspection, I received a quote of $3,300 to fix/update parts and systems. I paid in full so that I could receive my registration and drive with confidence. You can see black grease stains on the sun visor, driver seat, and center console. “Maybe they do this to every car? Mechanic may not be the cleanest profession. No big deal.” I turn the car on and the HVAC is blowing air, no heat or A/C. I take the car on the highway and it’s pulling to the right so much that I have to tilt the wheel left in order to correct it. When Braking, you can hear a loud squealing from the back wheels. Keep in mind that the car they lent me was damaged and you attempted to claim it was my doing. I took it back and you said my car needed more work and that you had never touched the parts that now have issues. How am I supposed to drive around and feel safe? How did you give me my car back defective? Even after having to have everything you suggested be updated and fixed. More
