I must say that Sam Nuno at Raceway Nissan is phenomenal. I purchased my 2017 maxima from another dealership and was told they couldn’t see me for 3 weeks! That was completely unacceptable considering I need I purchased my 2017 maxima from another dealership and was told they couldn’t see me for 3 weeks! That was completely unacceptable considering I needed an alternator so I contacted Raceway and explained my situation to Sam(service advisor). He took complete ownership of my situation and had my car completely serviced with 24 hours keep in mind he took my vehicle in on a Saturday morning and It was ready for me Monday afternoon. Sam was very detailed oriented and certainly put my mind at ease. Because of the great service from Sam I am definitely taking my Vehicle back to Sam at Raceway Nissan. He went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful! More
